The Green Felt Club helps you track pool games. We store the info you give us so the app works. You can ask us to delete your data—see Contact below.

What we collect

The data we collect about you is what you have provided to us, including:

• A guest ID for anonymous accounts (we use Firebase Auth to make this).
• If you sign in with Google, we may get your name, email, and photo (Google Sign-In).
• Your game scores, player names, and match history (saved in Firebase/Firestore).
• Optional location or camera access if you use those features (only with your permission).

How we use it

We use your data to provide you with the services you requested, such as tracking your match history, maintaining your account, and letting you play with friends. If you use Google Sign-In we store the profile info you allow. Firebase Auth helps us manage accounts.

Sharing & Ads

We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided (hosting and database services via Google Firebase). If we show ads, Google AdMob may use device info to show relevant ads. We do not sell your private data.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. You can ask us to delete or export your data by emailing admin@thegreenfeltclub.com. You can also choose not to sign in with Google and use an anonymous account.

Security

We use HTTPS/TLS and Firebase security rules to help protect your data. But no internet service is perfectly safe.
