How much does it cost?
Three tiers: Starter $1,000/year (1 competition, 50 players), Standard $1,800/year (unlimited competitions and players, branded display, priority support), Multi-venue $1,800/year for the first venue + $1,200/year each additional (cross-venue leaderboards, white-label display, manager rollups). Annual plans include a 30-day free trial; monthly billing also available. Plus a Founding Venue offer at $799/year locked for 3 years — first 15 only. Cancel anytime.
What counts as one venue?
One physical address with pool tables. Multiple rooms or floors at the same address count as a single venue. Separate buildings each need their own subscription — that is where the Multi-venue plan kicks in.
How does the Founding Venue offer work?
$799/year for full Standard features, locked at that rate for three years. After year three, you keep a 20% loyalty discount for life. Annual prepay only, no trial. Includes direct Slack access to the founder. Capped at the first 15 venues, or 2026-09-30, whichever comes first.

Not exactly. It is competition management, built for recurring venue nights, weekly tournaments, and house events. It handles scoring, standings, and player access. Full league season management is on the roadmap.

Yes. We verify each venue to keep the platform trustworthy. Approval is usually same-day after you submit the claim form.
